Summary
Replacement of a section of penthouse supply ductwork with a steam dispersion manifold and stainless steel ducting, along with installing low pressure steam, condensate, and drain piping with associated valves, traps, and fittings per drawings and specifications. The work also included control system installation (sensors, controllers, control valves), electrical power and control wiring, BAS integration with programming and graphics, Class II ICRA dust containment with minimal air handler downtime, O&M training for VA personnel, and redlined shop drawings for as-built updates.
